The management of the most diverse tasks with international clients and project teams in many countries as well as our comprehensive knowledge of the complex aspects are the solid basis for a successful cooperation with our clients.

Rolf Schay

Rolf, the founder of IMT-Eurasia GmbH, holds a master degree in mechanical engineering. One focus of his studies in Germany and the USA had been energy concepts and solar cell systems.

Working more than 30 years in plant construction, including engineering consulting in energy and environmental projects, in the petrochemical sector as well as ore processing and gas purification Rolf has considerable experience in developing, designing and executing international projects. 

The knowhow and practical experience he gained as a project manager, department head and member of the supervisory board allows him to lead and be responsible for complex international projects on all company levels. He enjoys design as well as management. He has been working for banks, project developers, plant operators and municipal as well as private utilities worldwide.

Yuming Chai

After studying industrial foreign trade and almost 10 years working experience in China, Yuming went to Great Britain and the USA for her MBA studies and obtained her Master degree. 

In China she had been working for different governmental organizations and for international foreign companies. Living in Germany since 1999 she held different positions in German DAX companies, international banks and Chinese companies in the areas of project financing, trade financing, export financing, M&A, general management and project development, management consulting as well as being member of the supervisory board. 

From her experience in international projects, her tasks on different company levels and her living focus in Europe as well as Asia Yuming has a solid basis for the services offered by IMT-Eurasia GmbH. She is co-founder and managing direct of the company.
